Head of Brand and Business Development - Pharo Schools
The Head of Brand and Business Development, exists to cement Pharo Schools as a trusted, distinctive education brand in East Africa and beyond, translating the quality, values, and impact of Pharo’s education model into compelling narratives, content, and structured marketing and sales approaches that drive enrolment, strengthen brand equity, and build trust with families and communities and within Africa. The role is responsible for driving sustainable enrolment growth and reach, ensuring that Pharo Schools can serve over 30,000 students in the next decade without compromising educational quality, equity, or mission. By building strong brand systems at global and country level, credible storytelling, and disciplined enrolment practices, the role enables scale that is intentional, values-led, and resilient. Working in close partnership with school leaders, academic teams, and the Foundation, the role balances central brand leadership with local relevance, strengthens school-based capability, and uses insight and evidence to continuously evolve how Pharo Schools engage parents, communities.
